Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship only within India.

2. Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we dispatch it within 1 - 2 business days.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3 - 4 business days after dispatch, across India.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote or hard-to-reach pin codes.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value.

5. Payment Options

We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times before the order is returned to us.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, and that someone is available at the address to receive the order.

7. If Delivery Fails

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, being unreachable, or the order being refused, and you'd like it reshipped, the reshipping cost will need to be borne by you.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime from My Account.
